You could tell that what he does wasn’t just a “job” to him. He thoroughly enjoys what he does and just wants to see his customers happy. He made it clear that whatever we need, if we have a question, need to make an apt for service we can call him. He will be there! I highly recommend visiting Toyota in Oakdale Ny. Not only was Ahmed amazing but Lex the insurance guy was pretty great too. He gave me advice on what I can do to lower my insurance which is very appreciated. Again, could’ve just hooked everything up for me with the insurance and sent me on my way. But no, he gave me great information on how I can lower my insurance and also what I could add to better accommodate future things that may happen. And the finance guy was great too! Was very honest from the beginning. Made sure there were not going to be any surprises...Can’t wait to cruise around in my fantastic new truck! More

Bob Bothmann worked patiently with me to get the opti I came in In response to an email to hear what was being offered if I turned my RAV4 in early. Bob Bothmann worked patiently with me to get the options I wanted in a Camry, but keep the price within my range. It took some doing, but ultimately I got my perfect deal. Then Bob very patiently went over each function with me until I fully understood it. I am 81, so that was not easy.
