Terrific Dealership ... Terrific Salesman !! Hello , Just wanted to write a quick review and express my happiness with my experience at Sunrise Toyota . I purchased a 2018 4 Runner and i couldn't Hello , Just wanted to write a quick review and express my happiness with my experience at Sunrise Toyota . I purchased a 2018 4 Runner and i couldn't be happier with how everything went . From the 1st time I walked into the dealership to when i was able to pick up my new car , the whole experience went better then i could have expected . Mike Coltellino was my salesman and he was a true professional to deal with , i never felt pressured or uncomfortable at any time . I never felt like he was just looking to sell me car that i didn't need or want . He took the time to go over many vehicles and their options and what might work for me . Once i decided on what i wanted he went above and beyond to try and locate exactly what i was looking for . Once my vehicle arrived at the dealership and was ready to be picked up he took more than enough time to explain everything to me and made sure i was comfortable with it all before i pulled away from their lot . Also received a phone call from him a few days later checking in with me to make sure everything was going well with my purchase . Also want to give a special thanks to Ryan who is one of the General Managers and was also a pleasure to deal with and made the entire car buying experience work without any problems . I would highly recommend Sunrise Toyota to anybody looking for a vehicle and to ask for Mike C. as their salesman . I am extremely happy with my experience at this dealership . More
