MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER SEEN! NOT ONLY DID I WAIST AN ENTIRE DAY OFF THERE BUT I ALSO WAS TREATED SO UNPROFESSIONAL I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START. I CAME IN FOR A NEW CAR AND WAS NOT ONLY DID I WAIST AN ENTIRE DAY OFF THERE BUT I ALSO WAS TREATED SO UNPROFESSIONAL I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START. I CAME IN FOR A NEW CAR AND WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL THE FOLLOWING DAY. AFTER LEAVING OVER 10 MESSAGES FOR JESSICA THE FINANCE MGR I SAT WITH THROUGH OUT A WEEK AND A HALF AND CALLING FOR A MGR TWICE DID I GET A CALL BACK. I SPOKE TO LISA LOMENZO THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE WHO WAS THE NASTIEST PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO FROM A DEALERSHIP. I WAS TOLD IF I DIDNT LIKE THAT THEY HAVENT RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS THEN TO GO ELSE WHERE. HOW DO YOU CONDUCT BUISNESS THIS WAY? HOW DO YOU TREAT A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER WITH SUCH DISRESPECT? HOW DO YOU CALL YOURSELF A FINANCE DIRECTOR? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!! I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVEN IF THEY GAVE ME MY CAR FREE!!!! AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO DO THE SAME!!! More
