That was 5 weeks ago and he just gave me a website and I had to fill out the papers then pay a notary and now have to wait for the warranty company which could be 6 to 8 weeks. I had a recall on my truck and took it in to your service dept and John did a great job taking care of the issue. More

Very difficult to get an appointment to service my car. Called several times. No one would call me back. Finally I left a message with the assist manager and Shawn called me back. The day of my 9:30 am appointment no one showed up to pick up my car for an oil change. I waited until 10:00 am no one called, texted or emailed me. I was able to get through to the Steve the director. He was sorry but he had a lot of excuses. Finally, at around 11 the car picked up. By the way they started to text me. What an ordeal!! I walked up in the garage area and no one even greeted me. I had to ask where to go. Once inside the office, the woman at the desk never greeted me.
