The service department has no idea on how to repair anything on a Ford escape. And also made sexual advances towards me while I was waiting for my car to be returned to me. Then to find out that the glove box doesn't close properly. After further inspection I found that the hinge on the right side of the glove box was broken. I have no proof that you guys did it other than the contents of the glove box were put in the cup holders. I will not return to you for any more service, I will travel the extra miles and try the Vero Beach Ford Dealer. Left the dealer at 12:05pm That’s 2 hours for a simple oil change with an appointment at 10am And $102.54 for the works package. Unacceptable in many ways. More
