Called in for a recall on my Ford and was taken care of by John Wilson. He was up front, responsive and very professional. It was a pleasure meeting John when I arrived. Started off rough but continued with terrible customer service. Sales person fumbled an easy sale. Leaving voicemails is useless; no called me back after 3 attempts. Ended up requesting a $34k cash refund. Never again. Finally received someone courteous at the end. Smh. Never again. More
