Salesman Ricky doesn’t know cars/trucks and it shows when he responds to realistic questions regarding the low ball offer he offered for my trade in (which was a 12k offer on a vehicle they have listed for 2 he responds to realistic questions regarding the low ball offer he offered for my trade in (which was a 12k offer on a vehicle they have listed for 20k).He attempted to compare my F-150 FX4 trim to a low model Ram. Also, the way he responded was abrasive and aggressive. In no way would I ever hire a person like that to represent my company. Mike, the manager, then tried to say he was going to retail the trade-in at 14k hoping to make a 500 dollar profit. This was the biggest bunch of xxxxxxxx I have ever heard. He then tried to threaten my wife that if he didn’t get a positive review, he wouldn’t sell the truck to us. This behavior is completely unacceptable and should be addressed. Between my wife and I, we have purchased over 15 vehicles from new to used and never dealt with a scummier sales person. We have butted heads with a sales man before negotiating for a deal. That sales man has since received several vehicle purchases from us. I mention this because I would never deal with Ricky ever again, and if anybody were to ask about him, I could only give the lowest review possible of his salesmanship and professionalism. Also, beware, the price listed on the internet is not the actual price, they added on $1400 for supposed additional things installed on the vehicle which didn’t list in any of the online descriptions. (Not to mention, things I didn’t want or need as the Ford app tracks the location of my vehicle at all times) They would not remove the additional cost and when asked where on their listing they list the additional items, they could not find it, instead pointed to the disclaimer which talks about the additional taxes, title fees, registration, etc but nothing about additional features installed. Now on to the wait time. It took hours for their team to put the paperwork together! I have never seen this before. It was 100% disrespect of my families time. I came to your dealership because you had a specific vehicle I was looking for. Knowing now how your sales and finance team works, I will avoid your dealership and would rather drive out of state to buy a vehicle before going through this experience again. More

I had a front camera fault issue service appointment dating back from when I bought my car under warranty. This dealer had 2 opportunities to identify the issue. Now that the cat is out of warranty, they are offering to fix it by changing a low voltage battery which battery $500 with labor plus an additional $2,000 for software reset. Does that sound fair? The service department has no idea on how to repair anything on a Ford escape. And also made sexual advances towards me while I was waiting for my car to be returned to me.
