Bought a car from them April 10th, Nightmare never stop since . Paid cash for my car , Since it’s brand new they can title it for me or let me have the title work I can do it myself, Sales person Ricky sa since . LOL , LIE !! After I call him out , He said I will get an electric title to my email ! LIE !! No such thing yet kid ! 2: Sales manager Says they have to do the title work , Since day 1 , They never submit the paperwork !!!!! LIE !!! Just bought a 100k car can’t not drive,Because all these losers greediness, Imagine your hard working results mean nothing to them , All they care is make the sale whatever it takes Lie after lie All list above I know for sure they lied, Because 3 months later after I bought that raptor , I received a MSO from a 3rd party company, They said they won’t pay for my title late penalty fees !!!!! It turns out they send my mso to some random company 3 months after I purchase???!!!!!!! Already few hundred dollars on Penalty??!!!! What a joke ??!! I ask them Straight up if you guys need more money to process my registration I will pay for that’s not issue , As long as I can drive my toy, They kept saying no, make it sounds like top secret documents??!!!! I’m asking something I paid cash , Also I’m the one paid for , Not salesperson, Not sales manager, Not title clerk, Not 3rd party. 90 days after I bought my car cash, Finally received the MCO with penalty fees !They did not process anything!! Stay away from this dealership!! I tip beggar pretty good as long as they really need it , When y’all lose business, Please let me know y’all from this Location, I will get you more .
