Experience at Sunrise Ford. I recently purchased a Ford F150 and knew exactly want I wanted and looked for weeks, in fact, I have bought cars from Advantage Ford, Wallace and Al I recently purchased a Ford F150 and knew exactly want I wanted and looked for weeks, in fact, I have bought cars from Advantage Ford, Wallace and Al Packer, in fact, I have recently bought a Lincoln MKZ for my wife at AL Packer Ford/Lincoln. I am in sales and business development and customer service is important to me and I am always intrigued by the sales methods each time I endeavor to buy a new vehicle or any purchase. I started by calling AL Packer with a track record with them since as I mentioned we just purchased the MKZ. When I called over to the dealership I asked for the exact representative that helped me with my other purchases. He just was not listening and was showing me everything that I did not want and decided to try another dealership. Since I live next to Advantage Ford in Stuart and they service the Lincoln decided to call and talk to the Internet representative. I told him what I wanted, what my trade was, what vehicles I saw on their inventory and made an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and was given to a new sales representative and the manager who were both telling me what I should buy and were not listening. I left and decided to hold off on my search since I was getting nowhere fast. I then got an email from Sunrise, not sure how but the email was from this guy called Chip introducing himself and the Internet and asking me if I was looking for a Ford F150. I emailed him back what options and what my trade was and what budget I had in mine. The next day Chip sent and email and said he could help me. He actually said that he could help and wanted to talk to see if he understood exactly what I needed. I called, drove to Fort Pierce and walked in, Chip asked a couple of questions actually steered me to understand what options were important and what I did not need to stay within by budget and I now am the proud owner of an F150. My main need was to back my boat in the water which I am not great at and the reason for me looking to trade in my 1500 Dodge ram 2012 which I loved. Chip out of all the reps explained how the backup system worked and it was meant for guys just like me. Chip's professionalism was great, Chip responded to my questions and emails quickly and always got back with an answer. Plus he steered me to what I needed and made it an overall great buying experience. Example, Vic how much does your boat weigh? answer: 3.500 lbs, then you do not need anything more than the F!50 with the 2.7 and proper axel, not for the numbers and your boat towing system. The Truck he steered me to had more options the towing package and numbers better than offered by the other two dealerships without asking and even before Chip checked all the incentives. I will have no trouble referring Chip and Sunrise from here in and Chip had no idea what headaches I had experience with my recent sales experiences and was just a knowledgeable experienced sales representative that gave me exactly just what I wanted. The Trip for anyone looking for a Ford and a straight up sales person in Chip makes the trip well worth it and if their service is anything like his then I am sure I will be pleased. More
Very smooth deal. I called your dealer ship and spoke with Chip Durand, very helpful over the phone. I stopped by with my husband a couple days later and I forgot Chips name and we spoke with some one else. We did not get anything that day because we did not arrive to any agreement. The next day Chip called again and told us to come in and that he will work with us. My husband spoke with him a few days later and they agreed on the numbers over the phone. He spoke with Jeremy too. That made the whole process a lot easier. We came to the dealership and Chip was very helpful with the process. Very professional. Also Sandra Nelson was very helpful with all the paper work needed. It was a smooth deal. I can say that Chip and Jeremy made this happen. Thanks again. More

He worked very closely with us to get exactly what we wanted. His even tempered mannerisms are definitly an asset when dealing with people. We also dealt with Shea and he went over and above to help us also. We were very pleased with every aspect of the deal . Another satisfied customer. We received every rebate that we were entitled too when other ford dealers would not give us the rebates and wanted to keep them for the selves. More

Sunrise Ford is Customer Service We just purchased a new Ford F-150 for our business. When we came to the dealership to pick it up they had it detailed and backed in by the front door We just purchased a new Ford F-150 for our business. When we came to the dealership to pick it up they had it detailed and backed in by the front door. We were greeted by our names and then taken inside to talk to a young lady by the name of Carol who knew ALL of the features of the F-150. Then we spoke to another young lady (Rebecca) who explained the deal that we had agreed too and made sure we understood everything before we went into the finance office. The finance office couldn't have been easier to deal with. There was no pressure to buy anything I didn't feel like we needed and Ms. Nelson explained EVERYTHING so we felt very comfortable that we had picked the right dealership. If you're looking for a great truck and customers service is important to you then Sunrise Ford of Ft. Pierce is it. More
