I will never go back I took my car for service at 9:30 A.M. they told me it was going to be a while so I took a ride home. They promised to call as soon as there was any new update, when I didn't hear from them around 3:41 I decided to give them a call. The tee receptionist who answered tried to transfer my call to the service department twice, the phone rung with no answer. She was finally able to connect me with someone only for me to get put on hold once more due to the simple fact this guy couldn't answer my question. When I asked the guy who finally picked up what the update on my car was he said they haven't even checked the car due to the fact the technician who was supposed to work on it was busy with another project and that he is almost done and will get on it as soon as possible. He also promised to call back in the next 45 minutes to update me on what was wrong with the car. I waited and waited that call never came. Around 5:51 p.m. I decided to call and see what was going on only for a sale representative to pick up and told me the whole dealership is closed for the day, the sale department is the only one still open. I asked to speak to a supervisor only for him to tell me everyone had left for the day. When I asked what my options are for getting my car back there was no sympathy from him whatsoever, all he kept saying is, "you're complaining to the wrong person, I don't work service I'm in sales, they'll be open tomorrow at 8, you can call and talk to them then". To make a long story short, these guys kept my car overnight without informing me and without providing me with any sort of transportation to get around. I would rather drive to the Ford dealership in Gainesville for my service instead of ever going back to this he'll ho. More

So you know this must have made an impression on me. I recently purchased a 2013 F-150 FX2 and just had to express how impressed I was with Mr. Wetteland and the experience I had. I have bought 2 vehicles from sunrise ford in the past but had not bought a new vehicle in over 10 years (had my last ford for 12+ years). Even though I haven't been there in over a decade, I was treated like I bought a car there every year. I have never bought a new vehicle from another dealership and cant see any reason I would. I am proud to say that customer service is alive and well at that dealership. Feels good to know that some places still hold on to that hometown dealership feel and way of doing business. Also, I LOVE THE TRUCK! More

I had done a lot a research on line before hand and was able to specify the vehicle with the options and in the color I wanted. Although the dealership did not have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock on site they did locate it for me. They gave me an excellent price on my trade and even dealt with my not so fabulous credit score. Carol Lancaster was my sales consultant. She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. After my initial test drive I did delay my purchase for about a month for my own personal reasons not related to the dealership. I have been driving my new car now for 4 days and it is great. I have received email and calls from the dealership to make sure everything was going well and even helped me with how to change the settings on my navigation system. I am completely satisfied with my interaction. More

After getting everything done and signed Jeff made sure to go over everything in detail so our experience with the truck went smooth. I have received follow up calls from the dealership and Jeff to make sure we are happy with the truck and if there was anything he could help with that we might not understand. More

I was in the market for a new car and after a lot of online research decided the Mustang GT should fit the bill. After viewing the online inventory of several sites, I determined that Sunrise Ford had a online research decided the Mustang GT should fit the bill. After viewing the online inventory of several sites, I determined that Sunrise Ford had a very nice selection in various price ranges. I submitted the online information request and Mark Gallagher was prompt with an email response, followed up with a phone call. I then visited the dealership a couple days later to take a look at the Mustangs and met Jason Bombaci. Jason was very informative while explaining the differences between the models. I was not able to make a buying decision that day as I needed some time to make an informed decision. After a few more days or changing my mind between the models I made my purchase and am now the proud owner of a Mustang GT. Both Mark and Jason were very responsive to my questions via email and were great to work with. During the purchasing process I also had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Dolan and Rebecca Lassiter. Rebecca took the time to explain the warranty info along with describing the service facilities. Kevin also took the time to explain the various charges on the different forms in detail, which was a welcome change for me at least. Most times the dealerships I have dealt with seem more concerned with selling an extended warranty then the actual vehicle purchase. All in all, my buying experience went very well. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from Sunrise Ford. More
