This dealer always get the job done. It’s also easy to make an appointment online. However, after recently raising their prices for service, there has also been an obvious increase in instances of having my vehicle returned with grease on the hood, chrome, doors and inside the vehicle. The dealer’s owner does not see the value in installing a car wash to run customer vehicles thru before returning it to the customer. Instead Mr. B lets the service department employees clean up the messes left behind using window cleaner and a rag. For the prices paid for service at this dealer, things will have to change quickly or they’ll lose a long time customer. More
