I would love to share my experience I had yesterday 03/19/22 with the service department. When I arrived to the moment I left it was TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Jeff Holland always greets me as if I had been knowing him all of my life.. loved it!! Jeff Jackson Sr called to make sure I was taken care of and last but not least is the young lady that is the cashier there. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She made sure my points would be applied for my service yesterday. I am in awe every time I deal with this well run established dealership. Please keep up the good work. I always have a good experience at this dealership. This is the 5th car I have bought or leased from them, specifically. Ken Roebuck in service department has alway been friendly and helped us with any maintenance decisions we had to make. In our last lease, Clayton Brown almost read our mind about what our needs were. He closed our deal in the shortest possible time.....no hassl es!! It was easy/ peasey!!😁 Oftentimes, the owner of the dealership mingles with customers. Before Covid, they would pass out water, drinks and snacks while we were waiting in service waiting room. Hope that will continue again when things die down. It was a nice, cozy touch. More
Maintenance technician left chunks of white paste type material and screws on my front seat. Also, attempted to patch a tire that was fine when we arrived at dealership for service for $49.00 plus dollars material and screws on my front seat.
