My husband and I decided to check out an Acura at Sunnyside with no intention of buying on that particular day. However,we perused the lot, saw what we liked and headed to the sales department. The General Manager, Nadi, was warm and pleasant and certainly put no pressure on us. Kayhan, the Sales Associate, had been at the dealership about a month but did a fine job of explaining the bells and whistles of the MDX and had us take a test drive. Kayhan followed up each day by phone until we took delivery so he could answer any questions or concerns we had. I never look forward to buying a car because of what I usually have to do to negotiate a price. The experience at Sunnyside Acura showed me that true car professionals can make buying a car a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. I had been to 3 other dealerships including another Acura dealership in North Hampton (which I was not happy with- they wanted to take the certification off the car to knock just 1k off), when I decided to t dealership in North Hampton (which I was not happy with- they wanted to take the certification off the car to knock just 1k off), when I decided to try out Sunnyside. I am very happy with having gone there and walked away a pretty happy girl with a certification still on my car. I knew exactly what I wanted so it made it a tad easier, but the courtesy of all the employees, including the sales manager (sorry forgot his name) made it even a smoother process. They took care of mostly all the concerns I had about the car before I drove off the lot, and the other concerns that weren't taken care of that day were promised to be taken care of if they became an actual issue later on. I was a bit disappointed in there lack of offering history about the car, and didn't divulge that there were multiple issues with the rims and tires and breaks. We had to ask a few times for an indepth carfax and inspection history report..but once we did they replaced all 4 tires, alignment and changed the air filter (previous ownder was a smoker) before I left. Although I think the car was a good deal, I believe I could have still gotten a few more hundred off but in all I think it was a satisfactory experience and would recommend them to others. More

My wife got a high quality pre-owned MDX for a fair price and a fantastic trade allowance for our vehicle.
