Sunnyside Acura

After spening a day researching new 7 passenger SUV's I narrowed my choice down to an Acura MDX or a Audi Q7. Was looking for a 2-3 year old SUV but wanted certified preowned and had a Volvo XC90 to trade narrowed my choice down to an Acura MDX or a Audi Q7. Kayhan took the time to drive home with me to be sure the car actually fit in my garage which was a concern with our 90 year old house which has a very narrow garage and my research showed the Acura was wider than the Volvo. Went back that evening to talk numbers which after a very short negotiation resulted in my signing the paperwork and picking up the car the very next day. Negotiation as well as financing paperwork were hassle free. Was so impressed with both the dealership and the MDX that I never even went to see the Audi. I had the best car buying experience. When I met Jovel I knew I wanted to buy a car from him. I was looking for a used car but saw the Acura ZDX and loved it. This was my first time buying a car on my own (well leasing actually) and I have to admit, I was a little intimidated. Kayhan took all the stress out of the process for me. When there was a question he didn't know the answer to, he took the time to find out for me. They were also very accomidating: after I had signed all of the paper work and went home it occured to me that I forgot to ask for the mudgaurds and protective floor mats. All it took was one phone call and the matter was fixed. As far as the price, I had originally gone to another dealership down the road to look into getting a CR-V. I had done the math on the web and, while I really wanted the RDX, it looked like a CR-V was all I could afford. I was amazed when we started talking numbers at Sunnyside and found out that the payments on this lease were less than what I was expecting to pay for the CR-V. Of course, I did have to do some negotiating, as with any car buying experience. I still owe the manager a bottle of top-shelf scotch, but I think I still got the best deal! More

Found the car we wanted online, back at home in Lewiston, ME, it was exactly what we wanted and called to try to make something of it. Me and my girlfriend were having issues with loan approvals, but kayhan ME, it was exactly what we wanted and called to try to make something of it. I was in the dealership having service on my 2009Rdx when mayhem sat down and started talking with me. The next thing I knowi'm talking with the sales manager about interest rates. He was able to get me into a 2010 rdx for the same monthly payment. Took a day to think it over and then I called Kayham and said I'll take it! It was easy from then on. Kayham walked me through the whole experience from finances to how to use the bluetooth, he was very knowledgable, friendly and has a great sense of humor. At no time did I feel pressured about anything. They definitely changed my old ideas of the "typical pushy salesman". Overall I had a great experience and I love my new RDX. Because I had researched the TSX I was impressed with his knowledge of the car and lack of any sales distortion that I have found at other dealerships. The bottom line is: We bought the car and are very happy with our purchase. The vehicle was discounted lower than I had anticipated and we received a fair price for our trade. When we picked the car up JD took the time to explain all the new teck devices that we were not familiar with,which would have taken us hours of working in the operators manuals. He was very eager to please and not pushy, spent time with us to ascertain exactly what we were looking for and price range. Didn't have it on the lot, so he promised to keep an eye out for vehicles that met our needs. Couple of days later, RDX came in on trade that was exactly what we were looking for, but price was high. We worked with JD and management to get the price down where we could afford it, got the perfect car for our college bound daughter. Just found out that our 2001 Saab needs major repairs, first place I called was JD at Sunnyside to explain what we are looking for, different daughter, different needs. Still working on finding it, but confident that if it can be found for the best price, JD and Sunnyside will find it. I found a new dealership. They are worth the drive wherever you are coming from.
