Service Had a 9:30am appointment to have 6-month service on 2018 Camry. Arrived at 9:15 and car was immediately taken back. Service completed by about 9:35am. Returning customer Shikina was my salesperson. Not Keith Angel. Your system of assigning him to me in the system, thus giving him credit and part of the commission makes Shikina was my salesperson. By circumstances, I was there co-signing for a Tacoma before buying mine. Shikina did both deals. After the fact, my wife and I felt the deal we got on the 2016 Camry I traded in and bought using Keith was not a good deal. If you want my return business, I have purchased 6 Toyota’s since my first in 2005, three from Sunny King then let me chose the sales person. More

65,000 mile maintenance. Service Representative Alex was very helpful with taking care of the tree issues I needed addressed. He was able to reset the controls to get overhead dome light to work immediately. Took care of getting my brakes handled and I ask him to be sure they checked battery. Very professional and when he went over work to be done said it would take about 3 hours. He got me a courtesy ride home and back to dealership when car was ready. Very pleased with the work done on car. Always good experience with service department personnel and the work performed by technicians. Coffee was good also along with bottled water and popcorn!! More
