Had to get new tire I have a 2017 Rav 4 that had a tire that kept leaking. I brought it in for my 5000 mile tire rotation and informed them of the problem. Alex worked very hard trying to find the tire for my vehicle. After a short time, I was standing with him when he got the call that the tire had been located. He was so excited to have been able to track it down, which made me excited that he would work that much to help me.
