I brought my Ford C Max in for an oil filter change and a tire rotation. I was greeted right away. My attendant was friendly and addressed all of my concerns. customer service at Sunland Ford is the worst repair customer service I've ever had. I've had to call repeatedly to get information my car has been there one month is still not repaired.. they act like customer service I've ever had. Our experience with the dealership was excellent from the desk to finance and our interactions with everyone. I still can’t believe the deal I got for the F-250, it’s exactly what I was in search of and tru desk to finance and our interactions with everyone. Bought a 2020 F150 2 days later notice a spider crack under wiper blade. took almost a month for them to get back to me. Then when they told me to bring it in, I did. Waited and waited until finally I co under wiper blade. took almost a month for them to get back to me. Then when they told me to bring it in, I did. Waited and waited until finally I contacted them and they informed me it was tge wrong windshield. After having my truck all weekend Monday past without communication Tuesday they ordered another windshield and Thursday afternoon I get my truck back. Biggest draw back was it cost me my already paid for packaged vacation deal. which was non refundable. So my children were upset because they too lost out on their vacation. The worst part was I informed Them that I had a timeline and a vacation planned and would need my truck back. Unfortunately that didn't happen. So this was just one of many poor service events with Ford. If I didn't like the truck I have I would have went to Chevy. More

the entire crew was very nice and fun to work with 2nd car from them both times I enjoyed the experience. Although I would most likely not purchase a new vehicle here again, I do like to use the service department to maintain my truck. I was able to negotiate a lower price for the better trim truck at another here again, I do like to use the service department to maintain my truck. Since service department changed managers, service techs have not been as pushy trying to up sell unnecessary repairs. I like a service department I can trust. More
I am not able to walk any distance so Brian was a great help for us and did all the leg work for us. We loved our 2013 Explorer and wanted another. After looking at three different cars we expressed our help for us and did all the leg work for us. We loved our 2013 Explorer and wanted another. After looking at three different cars we expressed our dislike for the dial gear shifts on the new Explorer and the lack of a CD player. Brian checked and found that they had a 2019 Flex that had a CD player. We were happy to see that the interior looked exactly like our 2013 Explorer. Brian also came thru for us with a great deal and no hassle. This is the third automobile that we have purchased from Sunland Ford and so far we are very happy with our Flex. More
