So disappointed with Sunstate Ford Orlando and will never do business here again or recommend them to anyone else. I purchased a 2019 Ford Fiesta SE here 3 years ago with the expectation that I was getting do business here again or recommend them to anyone else. I purchased a 2019 Ford Fiesta SE here 3 years ago with the expectation that I was getting a reliable vehicle. The car broke down on the side of I95 recently with transmission issues. I did a bit of research and models a few years older than mine are known to have transmission issues. I still owe over $11,000 on this vehicle and the gentleman I spoke with about it basically told me it's my problem to deal with. So now I'm taking public transportation to get around all while still making car payments. Terrible business. More

My vehicle don't even sound the same when I drive it and the prices are a ridiculous. I had to take my vehicle another mechanic the same day I left the dealer to fix another issue that came up while they were fixing the first issue. When ask how much it was cost to fix the 2nd issue I never got an answer so I took my business somewhere else. More
