Vin called two days later with a great lease return that was a perfect fit for us. I was please with the service and honest advice we received. I would recommend Northwest Hills and Vin Kjersgarrd when you are in the market for your new vehicle. More

Horrible Customer Service - NONRESONSIVE Everyone is helpful until after the purchase of the vehicle. One day after purchase no one answers phone calls. They promised to service the vehicle, Everyone is helpful until after the purchase of the vehicle. One day after purchase no one answers phone calls. They promised to service the vehicle, yet the next day the "engine oil" light was one and the windshield was cracked. Sent my plates to the WRONG state, underestimated my taxes by approx. 1K, and still the run around. Customer service DOES NOT begin and end with a mere purchase but it is the overall experience that brings a customer back. I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Top Notch, Comfortable car leasing experience. First time using this dealership for a GM lease. Will consider Northwest Hills Chevy/GMC for future vehicle purchases. Started my car search on No First time using this dealership for a GM lease. Will consider Northwest Hills Chevy/GMC for future vehicle purchases. Started my car search on Northwest Hills website. Response to my email was quick and thorough while other dealers I emailed replied with generic responses that turned me off. I leased my vehicle from Northwest Hills because of the customer service on line and the follow up in the showroom. More

fair. good service and convenient Vin is a great guy . Straight foreword and smart. I've know him for a few years now, so it made sense to go see him about buying a new vehicle. I did Vin is a great guy . Straight foreword and smart. I've know him for a few years now, so it made sense to go see him about buying a new vehicle. I did a lot of price checking and looking at different vehicles at different dealers. Many other dealers jerked me around. VIn did not jerk me around he simply said " heres the price and heres your options." Although I did not get the "deal" I wanted. I did enjoy my experience , And I paid the normal market value according to NADA Guides. VIn gets 5 stars from me. If I had to play devils advocate I would say, I wish they (finance) would have told me how many times they were going to run my credit. I was alerted of 4 to 5 inquires on my credit. Overall good experience and will be bringing my vehicle to nw hills for all its service. More
I really wanted to like this place My wife and I ended up at this dealership after checking out a couple of others and really got the impression that we were at the right place. So Vin My wife and I ended up at this dealership after checking out a couple of others and really got the impression that we were at the right place. So Vin seems like a cool guy, fellow Chevy guy, says he races 'vettes, has a rock-star name and we have a few laughs in the dealership and decide we're gong to take a test drive in a certified 012 Acadia, Loved it but noticed that the computer was saying the left rear tire was low on air pressure, NBD, right? Wrong! Vin takes it over to the shop and has them top it off, we leave a deposit and decide to come back the next day and finalize everything. Next day we show up with a check and pay for the car cash, so far so good, I leave my wife at the dealership to finish off the paperwork while I pick up my daughter at school, while I'm pulling out of the lot I notice a brand new WalMart ding in the passenger door, D'oh!!! I run back into the dealership to tell Vin and he agrees that they will "take care of it". The wife drives the car about 20 miles and the tire pressure warning is going off again for the left rear tire. I take it to my own mechanic and the tire is 20 lbs low. Hmmm. So a week later we bring the car in for the tire and the ding because we had to wait for the paint. After about an hour, Ralph in the service department tells us his "tire expert" cannot find any issue with the tire. I get the car home and check the door, honestly looked like someone colored it in with a crayon, D'oh! Well in their defense it was the day before Thanksgiving so we agree we'll bring it back when things calm down. We bring at back a few days later and tell them "take your time", well prob should not have said that, they had it for four days! Gotta say though, the door looked great! However we put about another 110 mi on the car and computer is giving low pressure warning again and frikkin tire looks almost flat! D'oh! Now these are pretty simple problems here, what would happen if we need a transmission repair, God help us! We have the car for 2 weeks and my wife is afraid to drive it anywhere with the kids because of the tire problem..Now I gotta say, we were CASH PAYING CUSTOMERS! Vin, bubby, I thought we were friends? I'm not looking for any special treatment here but it would be nice if they acted like they cared at all, Jeez, nice business model, chase your cash customers away! and remember, this car was certified! Oh well, we tried. I ended up taking it to my own mechanic and he fixed the tire and we've managed to put about another 500 mi on it with no problem, knock on wood. Thing is, it really is a decent ride, just didn't feel like we meant much to them as customers. 3 stars is very generous. More
