He didn't nickel and dime me, and even managed to further reduce it by 60 some odd bucks, and went and had the gas tank filled, when he didn't have to do so to make the sale. When I had questions, even though he probably knew the answer, he always went to verify with the appropriate person/department. Emails and calls were returned very promptly. The car was trouble free since purchase, and the Service Department was great too deal with for the routine maintenance . So when needing a new car I decided to just have Vin sell me the 2017 version of the Terrain. There was no nonsense involved. He looked up my available rebates and discounts, gave me a price, and we were done. Then he took care of all the details, and I was able to pick up the care a few days later. It would have been even sooner except for a huge snow storm that shut down my bank for the day. More

Horrible Customer Service - NONRESONSIVE Everyone is helpful until after the purchase of the vehicle. One day after purchase no one answers phone calls. They promised to service the vehicle, Everyone is helpful until after the purchase of the vehicle. One day after purchase no one answers phone calls. They promised to service the vehicle, yet the next day the "engine oil" light was one and the windshield was cracked. Sent my plates to the WRONG state, underestimated my taxes by approx. 1K, and still the run around. Customer service DOES NOT begin and end with a mere purchase but it is the overall experience that brings a customer back. I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More
