The service center is far from "welcoming" and helpful. Its your dealership but you asked for my feedback and here is what I can tell you. I have a Cadillac and a Nissan. I encourage you to go to Nissa Its your dealership but you asked for my feedback and here is what I can tell you. I have a Cadillac and a Nissan. I encourage you to go to Nissan or even Toyota and see how they receive cars for service in their service area. They come to me and they are pleasant. When I go to Cadillac, the service people are inside and they never come out to greet or help you. No one helps you. I typically have to go inside and stand there like I am invisible before some asks my if I need help. When they ask me they seem annoyed. I will be honest, your service center has zero hospitality. What you do with it is up to you. Go to other dealers then compare their service to yours. More
