Everything about the service was completely fine, except for the fact that I specifically asked that the inside of the windshield be cleaned well. Something happened to my appointment I made online (who knows?) so when the appointed time came and went, I was concerned. When I got my car back all my settings were changed and it was in sport mode and I did t realize the driver or someone had done that. Nice service for a brand new escallade I paid sticker price for! Every setting was changed!!! !once you purchase you are definitely not a priority. My next new vehicle wont be there .
