When I got into the car at the delaership after the repair was complete, I noticed a distinct odor, I thought it might be coming from the installaiton of the rain sensor, but after I got home I noticed repair was complete, I noticed a distinct odor, I thought it might be coming from the installaiton of the rain sensor, but after I got home I noticed a white rag on the drivers side floor near the underside of the seat that seemed to be causing the odor. Later I noticed a stickly substance on the drivers left foot rest, which had what seemed to be a maple smell to it. So I had to clean both my floor mat as well as the substance on the foot rest. More

First off, Over 2. 5 hours to do a motor service, When I went to check my car in the service writer said I had no appointment. When I got home I found one of the valve stem caps missing. My husband and I ran our own automotive repair shop for over 30 years and I know this would have never happened. I asked for a certain tech witch never happened This is what you get when these young kids are hired, They take no pride in what they are doing. More
Called to make an appointment and was placed on hold for 15 minutes, went to the website to make the appointment, couldn’t or wouldn’t complete , finally made the appointment through “ ONSTAR “ took all o 15 minutes, went to the website to make the appointment, couldn’t or wouldn’t complete , finally made the appointment through “ ONSTAR “ took all of 2 minutes “ HOORAH “ Arrived at Sullivan ON TIME , attendant didn’t have me on her list when told that I made it through ONSTAR , and told her what I went through she said Oh ya were having issues with that , then my service took place “ OIL CHANGE AND ROTATE TIRES , YEP $163 ( with a $20 coupon) took 2 hrs .. and an attendant that didn’t want to be there, I wasn’t looking for a hug but a smile and good morning would of been nice , This my 4th CADILLAC and 11 yrs at Sullivan ,now on JIFFY LUBE Oh yea , while waiting with other “;Unhappy “ customers NO ONE had anything good to say NOTHING , the place is DEPRESSING, the only one pleasant is the “ older gentleman “ at receiving and my 80 yrs young so he and I have much in common, that’s it I’m done , PEACE 🙏🏻🙏🏻 More
