Had to drive 45 minutes up to dealership for 5 minutes of lift gate calibration which should have been completed when $1000 lift gate repairs a month earlier were done. Then another 45 minute drive home. More

Had a 1 pm appointment, it was 3 pm before the oil change was finished. 2 hours is not acceptable. I can get better service at other oil change centers. More
