My vehicle became disabled and was towed to Sullivan after hours. I could speak to the service team that morning and figure out what was going on, and they were communicative with me the entire way thro after hours. I had my vehicle back that afternoon and was on my way. They also knew I needed to be picked up, so they sent a service vehicle and driver to pick me up from my home and take me to the dealership, which was greatly appreciated. More
The sales manager almost lost me with some of his comments. example: Telling me he didn’t care if I bought the car or not because he will sell it eventually. We were not at the number I wanted to close the deal so maybe he got frustrated ? I did not get a great deal on a new 2024 XT5 but I am satisfied with the deal. I would have done better in Tampa but oh well. Ronnie Rodriquez was the only reason I came back to Sullivan in the first place. He was always texting me or leaving me voice messages about deals. I wish he was available Sunday evening to be our sale rep but they “ management” made it sound like he wasn’t around with the company. Telling me he had taking time away from work ……. I live in a 55 plus community and know a lot of people driving Cadillacs I am not sure how strong a recommendation I can give to Sullivan. Bottom line the wife loves the car and that’s is what’s important. More

I asked for my credit to be sent to just one lender and it was sent to 3 plus your dealership pull so my credit was hit 4 times. I sat with the sales manager prior to signing the credit ap and discussed this with him. He called the finance guy while I was in his office and discussed this with him. I told them my score was 800 and it was 802. The reason I discussed this with them was I was refinancing it at my credit union because I could get 3.9% and I knew they couldn’t match that and I was just trying to finalize the deal for them that day since you were still putting deals in the previous month. I was in the business for 36 yrs and told them this. This is why I had this discussion with them. Not a happy camper More
