As usual, I got wonderful service at Sullivan. I did not have an appointment, but my check engine light came on, and Jamie got me in and got it fixed that same day. Ripped me off for a thermostat. Ridiculous however, they had me by the short hairs as engine switched to safety mode in route to south fl for cruise. Sunday afternoon late and on the road with family from out of town, I had no choice as was expected to be a pre-paid hotel rooms and with trip that next morning, more or less said, now I know how it feels to be a female taken by heartless mechanic. $600+ in labor to change a thermostat! I want half my money back at least. More
Although my service visit started out well with Jaime , I soon saw some minor issues.The whole appt time took about 45 mins. I saw the technician pull my car around to the pick up area when it was done 15 minutes before anyone even bothered to tell me it was done. And that was done in passing on the to something else. Then when I got home , I found that they lowered my tire pressure too low in my back tires. I have 19s with 35 psi on the front, and 20s with 40 psi on the back. The back tires were at 35, and now I’m going to have to go back out and have them redone. This visit was a second chance to fix what they screwed up last time. Even though their price was good for an oil change, not sure I’m going back. More
