Jay Tracey is the best salesman in the world. However I bought A Cadillac and he is not allowed to sell them. I was sent over to the Cadillac division. First off, Over 2. 5 hours to do a motor service, When I went to check my car in the service writer said I had no appointment. When I got home I found one of the valve stem caps missing. My husband and I ran our own automotive repair shop for over 30 years and I know this would have never happened. I asked for a certain tech witch never happened This is what you get when these young kids are hired, They take no pride in what they are doing. More
