Mr. Robinson spent a tremendous amount of time explaining the finance piece and the trade value Dynamics. They were both professional, caring and genuine. At the closing they genuinely seem happy for me and it was a tremendous feeling. The epitome of worst I’ve been fooled by this dealership. I questioned a $500 charged on the Purchase receipt stating that it is aftermarkets. Their explanation was that it is for free oil change from 10k to 50k services and no further details of the service package. It was just an email. When I brought the car for it’s 1st oil change, what they’re telling me is different. When I ask for someone to speak with, this dude Jimm seems to ignored it and just want me to leave, dude.. you are so arrogant! More

Unprofessional rookie dealership Went in to find out about their lease deal. Explained only about the Passat, when I was interested in a Jetta and a Passat. Sales Representative accompanied me on the test drive while he explained in detail about the car. Here's the bad part, made me wait about 45min to get my car appraised. Even after a briefing on how to drive my old BMW manual transmission car they managed to mess up the transmission. Now it feels very loose and floppy between the gear shift and shift rod. It was a little stiff to begin with 192k miles but its noticeably loose now like something is broken and shift very weird. On top of that they took another 40 mins to show me numbers. To everyone taking their car for an assessment please accompany these sales representatives, cause they will not care for your car. More
