Worst Dealer ever. Will do anything for money. Cheating. Here is my case. I was trying to install led lights on Volkswagen Jetta. In that process i have misplaced one small fuse. So, my car started crankin Here is my case. I was trying to install led lights on Volkswagen Jetta. In that process i have misplaced one small fuse. So, my car started cranking but couldn't start. I have towed it this dealership and explained them the problem over phone. They said it costs 140$ just to diagnose the issue. Next they called me and said "we found the issue with your car and it is going to cost around 450$ to fix it". Then i got an idea, one my friend has same model car. I asked him to send me the picture of the fuse box from his car. By seeing at that picture i figured out that i have misplaced one fuse. I called dealership and asked them not to repair it. Straight away i went to the dealership. Here comes that interesting part. lol. They kept the fuse in correct place and drove my car to parking lot and after parking it, they kept the fuse back in wrong place. I paid 140$ and then just kept the fuse in correct place myself.. car starts ..:-) This dealership just wants money. They make use of the fact that customers have minimum mechanical knowledge.. Just to replace a fuse in correct place, they want to charge 450$. Please work for customer satisfaction. We just believe you guys blindly. We dont know much about cars.. Dont try to cheat us. one day you will get caught.. like this.. More

As a woman, I often get talked down to at dealerships, as if I know nothing about cars. I did not get that from David at all. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
