Worst dealership for service I have ever been to. This is close to home and for convince I have had my vehicle serviced here multiple times. 90% of the time there has been an issue. I ask for wiper blade replacements, they say they will order and call me when they come in. No call, so when I reach out they let me know that they came in, but never called and have decided to send the parts back. I need fog light replacements. They say they will call when they come in, they don't. When I call they again have had the parts but never called so they reorder with the promise to call. They do call and as they are replacing parts they have realized they order 2 left handed parts. After that get resolved with an overnight stay for my vehicle, the car comes home and start leaking oil in the drive way. Whoops, the service tech did not put the drain plug in properly. Many more issues have happened. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET SERVICE/REPAIRS. If you don't, expect xxxx poor care and customer service. More
