Olivia was fantastic - she went out of her way to help my mom and I find the car we were looking for and helped get her into it within 2 weeks of introduction (including the holiday). She was responsive and mom and I find the car we were looking for and helped get her into it within 2 weeks of introduction (including the holiday). She was responsive and very communicative. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough. The finance manager was also great - fun to talk to and made the process as quick and painless as he could without pushing us into unwanted add ons. More
