Buying my car at Suburban Toyota in Farmington Hills has been one of the single most worst experiences of my life. I have had my car going on 4 months now and it has broken down 4 times. I wasn't crazy abou been one of the single most worst experiences of my life. I have had my car going on 4 months now and it has broken down 4 times. I wasn't crazy about buying my 2014 Chevy Cruze "As Is" but Issa was very good with promising me that he would not leave me hanging if the car had issues. The day I drove off the lot I had to return it because it wouldn't accelerate properly so he had me bring it back and gave me a rental for a few days while it was being fixed. Apparently, some coil had went bad and had to be replaced. Issa gave me hope that he was a man of his word. Boy, was I wrong. Shortly after getting my car back it had the same exact problem. I called Issa and he said the only thing he could do for now was pay for diagnostics to be run on it. After checking with numerous Chevy dealerships no one could get me in for over a month. I obviously cannot be without a car for that long so I took it to a local mechanic. The mechanic had to replace the same exact coil that had supposedly been replaced the first time! Amongst other problems, I have had to take the car in numerous times to address an issue with the car overheating. I have spent over one thousand dollars on a car that I have only had for 4 months and now Issa will not return my calls. The only time he came through for me was the day I drove it off the lot. Now Issa and Suburban of Farmington Hills have ghosted me. I know that there are people who have a lot more money to drop on a car and Issa can make more money with them but I literally gave Isaa every cent I had because he made me trust him. A $12,000 car may be nothing to Issa but it was everything to me. The only thing left that I have to say is shame on you Issa and shame on you Suburban Toyota for allowing your sale people to outright cheat and lie. More
