Buying my first car was a breeze! Kelvin was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly and honest. He made test driving and picking my vehicle very easy and I felt extremely comfortable with him. I am a first time car buyer so it was important that I felt comfortable with the dealership, and Kelvin helped me feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of. Once I decided on my car Liam took over and he was wonderful as well! He answered all my dumb questions and again really made me feel comfortable buying the car. My only complaint is that after I purchased the vehicle I found out it had minor damage above one of the wheels which will likely rust down the line and I wish they had told me up front about it. More

I never felt any pressure, and he didn't dissuade me from the car I was set on buying. Coming from California, I didn't realize how bad Michigan laws are with regards to insurance and general car transactions, and Steve helped guide me through. Liam helped me with selecting the right warranty and all that good stuff, and I think i got exactly the right plan. He was very helpful too. I definitely would buy from here again. More

Above and Beyond what I expected We traded in our lease 10 months early; Matt and Cody from the dealership made it easy to return. I asked to look at some used cars and picked one tha We traded in our lease 10 months early; Matt and Cody from the dealership made it easy to return. I asked to look at some used cars and picked one that I liked. I drove it a couple of miles and the engine light came on. Again Matt and Cody took the car back and said to pick another car which I did. I will be back for future cars. This is a great place to purchase a new or used car. Can't get a service appointment It's impossible to get a service appt, even though my car is still covered by its Toyota warranty. The service scheduling Web page does not work. No It's impossible to get a service appt, even though my car is still covered by its Toyota warranty. The service scheduling Web page does not work. No one answers the phone, even though they are open & it is mid day. The 2 On Line helpers who responded by text messaging were no help at all. This dealership had good service when it was owned by Serra, but now it is awful. I live only a couple miles from Suburban, but now it I'll have to go elsewhere. This dealership only cares about selling new cars, and has no interest in auto service or customer service. More
