Far More Satisfying Than Expected! I have never financed a car before and based on stories about "big dealerships" and pushy sales people, I was almost dreading this trip. I cannot tell I have never financed a car before and based on stories about "big dealerships" and pushy sales people, I was almost dreading this trip. I cannot tell you how completely different this experience was from the horror stories I've heard! Kirk Damavolitis is the salesman who took care of us and he was fantastic! He is very attentive and remembered every detail of my explanation from what we were looking for, what my (strict) price range was, to even the most superficial things (like how pretty the car was). He took the time to introduce us to the other departments (service/parts/management). He is friendly and helpful and works with the utmost integrity through every aspect of the process. I feel terrible that I've forgotten the name of the finance guy we worked with, but he was equally helpful and attentive during that part, as well. The atmosphere is not high-pressure, hurry-or-you'll-lose-it, or condescending (as I've heard some salespeople can be). We were very satisfied and will certainly be going back to see Kirk and Suburban Toyota for any future vehicle needs. I highly recommend this dealership, and Kirk Damavolitis, especially! More

Great service. Experience was a positive one. A young salesman, Chris Holcomb , greeted us outside and was very helpful and courteous. We went inside and he was able to pull up a few of the models we wanted to look at. We are sold on Toyotas and this is a third Corolla. However, we tested the RAV 4 as well. We were undecided, but Chris reviewed the pros and cons of each of the preowned vehicles and gave a few other options as well. He was patient as we did the test drive and this is with my husband who uses O2 and a wheeled walker etc. We were at the dealership for 4 hours and Chris and Bobbie and the cashier stayed overtime. We did not leave until 11 p.m. to seal the deal. Chris was not pushy and yet shared some of his opinions on the cars. We were able to Trade a Honda Fit in and work out the Finances. We only had to come back the next morning to get the plates. Our complaint is that there is no manual with the car and since our last Toyota was a 2008. there are a lot of new features we do not understand. It has been 2 weeks and we are still waiting for a manual which is on back order. My husband also really did not want the added warranty options, but did accept 2 of the options and still regrets the additional amt of monthly payment. It was a very positive experience and it was great meeting your team and we appreciate all the help you gave us. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More
