Great Experience We had a Corolla that we wanted to replace so my husband went to a few different dealers to look at the cars, pricing, etc. It was Chris Wildgoose at We had a Corolla that we wanted to replace so my husband went to a few different dealers to look at the cars, pricing, etc. It was Chris Wildgoose at Suburban Toyota in Farmington Hills that he was most impressed with. Chris never tried to push any particular car but was most interested in what we wanted. There was another dealer that gave us a good price but Chris was able to beat it. My husband took me there to see the cars and I met Chris Wildgoose. He was really friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get the color and interior we wanted and so we decided to buy our new car from Chris at Suburban. You could tell that Chris was concerned that we be happy with our new car. He explained how all the features worked, but again, he never pushed us to go with a different car than the one we wanted. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Chris, and we also wanted to mention how nice the sales manager, James Gerrard, was too. Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new car. We will definitely be recommending them to friends, family and associates. More

First of all they promise to match any deal in written from other dealership. After showing email gets surprised & talks to boss & agrees. Comes with what he wants to offer me (of course not matching the deal I had with other dealer). Ignorance I guess. Then I show him the email again! Goes to boss. Agrees. Didn't have the color I wanted. Used very derogatory word for customer "monkey wrench". I would not do business with you if you don't have that much of a patience & manner how to talk or behave with customer. Then comes with water & offers popcorn after knowing I was pissed the way he dealt. After that promised to deliver car next day. Next day after all the formality shows me the car, during paperwork I saw the numbers were still way higher than what I showed in email. Plus apr was higher too. I again have to go through same process of showing the email offer & would go discuss with managers & wasting my 2-3 hours for two days just to tell me they can't match it. I understand if you can't match deal say upfront. The problem is they won't even bother to read the emailed offer completely & come back to me to offer what they want to give me. No respect for customers time & patience. Top of all this tries to make me feel bad about other dealers that they are not people of integrity and all. I don't want to mention their names here but only reason I went to this dealership was it is near to my home. Would not even give 1 star if there was something less than that. More
