Zero bait and Suburban Toyota Farmington Hills, Michigan is not a typical car dealership. To say that we are satisfied with them is an understatement. Zero bait and switch, and no pushing. What was discussed on phone and email was what was delivered. From Gwendolyn G. to Don Yu, and James Gerrard, it was clock work and cake walk. Gwendolyn G. is definitely a strong spokesperson for Suburban Toyota, and I doubt if nobody will not be convinced and assured by her to by from Suburban Toyota. Don was great, and didn't waste our time at all. He knew what he was doing, and with James' support and expertise, all was delivered as discussed and agreed, and we took our Sienna home with joy. I don't think all car dealerships can guarantee this experience. Thank you Suburban Toyota.
