Great service, follow ups and communication. Perfect. I've been looking at a used vehicle to purchase for a while. Don kept in touch with me constantly to answer all my questions. My point, I recently purchased a used KIA Sorento and not only do I love the vehicle, the service I received from Toyota Farmington Hills was second to none... Of all the luxury vehicles I’ve purchased, Steven Littles showed me more attention to my needs than I’ve ever had before!! Here’s an example, I accidentally forgot my checkbook and could not move further with my purchase because I needed to provide that info for my insurance... To say I was disappointed was a HUGE understatement!! Next thing I knew, Steven pulled out his own personal debit card to cover that expense... Not only has that never happened to me before, I’ve never even heard a story of such amazing customer service!! As stated, I absolutely loved that dealership, but I will follow Steven to any dealership he works at to buy all my vehicles going forward!!!
