I used to dread car shopping but the staff at Suburban Toyota make it easy and pleasant to buy a new car. Yvette was terrific making sure I had all my questions answered and all the information needed about the two cars I was interested in. Yvette also took me through how to operate the touch screen features as this was my first experience. She and Ryan kept the process moving along and I was surprised at how quickly everything was in place. In no time at all I was driving my new car home! Great service at a great price! More

Before we even showed up, we called and were immediately scheduled for an appointment by a very friendly customer The entire experience was fantastic. Before we even showed up, we called and were immediately scheduled for an appointment by a very friendly customer service agent (Chase). He made us feel very welcome even before arriving. Then upon arrival we were set up with Sales rep named Anthony. He was fantastic! He went above and beyond what was necessary. He was very transparent about the car details, which made us comfortable and confident with the options he presented. He even stayed past closing (after 9pm) to patiently go over the car details to make sure we understood even though everyone else left and the place was locked up. He also took the time after closing to take us to put air in our tires and fill the gas. Excellent rep! Zack (financial manager) was also very good. He was very reasonable and also transparent with the car finances. We felt like valued customers with him. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to the public!
