My salesman Michael Joh (MJ) was great! He accompanied me during my test drive, made some suggestions that I should try to get a good feel for the vehicle and advised me during the entire process. After the test drive, MJ introduced me to Colin after the test drive and he advised me of the maintenance that the vehicle had just received. The dealership was hectic on the Saturday that I picked up my vehicle, but MJ made sure I was taken care of even when he had clients taking test drives or signing paperwork. He also introduced me to Zack Lukenbill, Finance Manager, regarding my financing and Zack chatted with me about a variety of topics, including my finance options. I just referred a friend to the dealership to look at their inventory. More
