I can’t even begin to say how great Don Yu was. My husband and I leased a Rav4 from him for me 3 days ago. The very next day we came back and got another Rav4 from Don for my husband. Michael Joh is a phenomenal salesman with an incredible work ethic. My husband had been working with two other dealers trying to find a 2021 Sienna, and three months later they still had no idea how to get work ethic.
