He had the vehicle looked at right away and the service department fixed the issue. I test drove the vehicle for a second time and everything seemed to be running smoothly. Josh was able to also take a bit off the price, helping us stay within our max budget. He never pressured or rushed us, and I didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale. His honesty was appreciated when it came to the imperfections of the vehicle, and worked for us to make it right. I truly appreciated that and based on past experiences with sales reps and dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised.
