They won't give it back to you but they don't tell you that after they take your money. Your better off going elsewhere where they give it back to you. Very dissatisfied with this dealership. Won't ever go back. For the ones that were satisfied I hope you're happy with their service department. Read the reviews. That should tell you something. PS. Never saw the car I put 500 dollars down to secure it. If there was a rating of zero that is what I would give. This is customer service. Be very very careful of what you do. I would say don't sign anything and that's what I did and I am still out 500 dollars back. Shme on you Suburban More
