Great experience and fantastic people! I had a wonderful experience at Suburban Nissan. I was looking for a SUV to sit 5 and a dog. my have times changed Wish I read the reviews before I went here. Don't give a deposit unless you're sure you want a vehicle from this dealership. They won't give it back to you but they don't tell you that after they take your money. Your better off going elsewhere where they give it back to you. Very dissatisfied with this dealership. Won't ever go back. For the ones that were satisfied I hope you're happy with their service department. Read the reviews. That should tell you something. PS. Never saw the car I put 500 dollars down to secure it. If there was a rating of zero that is what I would give. This is customer service. Be very very careful of what you do. I would say don't sign anything and that's what I did and I am still out 500 dollars back. Shme on you Suburban More

It has been close to a month now and we are enjoying our new ride. I have been to many dealerships in past for my own purchase or with friends but this experience have been unique. Andre Jones who was our sales executive have been fantastic with the overall buying experience. If you ask me what made me make this purchase, than I have one simple reason "The sales guy was not pushy". I hate dealerships who try to make the deal in any possible dam way without giving you space to think. I am the first person to walkout of such dealerships after saying thank you for your time. I would also mention the sales manager Christina who was equally cooperative and again not pushy to make the sale. I won't comment on the service department yet as I have no experience but I hope to have the same flawless experience.
