My 5th Nissan I leased a Nissan Altima which is my 3rd Altima. I owned 2008 and 2012 model Altima, 2014 Nissan Frontier and I leased 2013 Nissan Sentra in 2014 for I leased a Nissan Altima which is my 3rd Altima. I owned 2008 and 2012 model Altima, 2014 Nissan Frontier and I leased 2013 Nissan Sentra in 2014 for my wife. My sentra was due for lease return and had serious considerations looking for other brand vehicles since I drove many nissan's in last 10 years. But then when I went to return the lease I casually had conversation with John Ashcraft and he was explaining about the deals and promotions Nissan has. As we were talking we took a new Altima for a spin I loved the new model. Though I was not inclined I just told John I ll come back later. He never pushed me or never showed any sign of that sort but was helpful in explaining all the details about the promotions and car specifications. I told my wife and next day we signed for the lease. Since I already driven two altima's prior I know what I can expect from it. Trust me, it gave 600 Miles / tank fill when I drove to West Virginia the first week which is one of the main reason I always went with altima. Over all my experience with my new lease was butter smooth. I can highly recommend the Sales person John and the dealership. More

Best quality service my family has ever experienced! John is by far, the best salesman my family has had the pleasure of doing business with. This was my first time shopping for a vehicle and I was origi John is by far, the best salesman my family has had the pleasure of doing business with. This was my first time shopping for a vehicle and I was originally drawn to Nissan for their year end sales event (which was also amazing), but I was still unsure about my car choice. However, John took his time to made sure I was more than comfortable with my car selection. He went as far to show me every physical detail of the car, BEFORE I even committed to the purchase. Now before you say that could be a policy for all sales rep working at Nissan, prior to John I talked with another sales rep at another location and he did no such thing. John even spent his time on test drive with me, to help me learn the basics of the car. For someone who is new to world of car purchasing, this gave me the confidence I needed to be 100% comfortable with my choice. When I picked up the car couple of days later, John explained every detail of the car with me a second time! I felt like an experience pro about my new car at this point, and I hadn't even left the dealership with it! In addition, my mom was with me throughout this whole process, and was amazed of the service John presented to us. He even educated us on the engine of the car, which my father (an old mechanic) was rather impressed by. My family has bought over 10 cars in our life time from 7 different dealerships, but my mom said no one could compare to John's quality service. Since this was my first new car, my mom wanted to feel confident to what I was driving, and John made sure that every question my mom had was answered and that she understood that. As a parent, my mom felt safe as to what I was driving thanks to John. Lastly, John spent quality time with my mom to make sure that she understood every aspect of the payment plan. He was patient and was extremely accommodating. Leaving the dealership I was extremely satisfied, and will always recommend Nissan of Farmington as the choice dealership and John Ashcraft as THE sales rep! More
