Upon my visit on January 2, 2018, Brian was very attentive to my concerns about getting out of my 2 year lease. He went over and beyond to treat me with Excellent Customer Service...Very Polite, Honest and Concentration on what I needed in a car and payment. Brian, was very detailed in teaching me every step about how to use my new car. He kept his promise, he followed up the next day and the day after to see if I had any questions and to thank me once again for my business. On January 5, 2018, I called Brian he immediately returned my call to assist me with my car. He was a pleasure to work with and I am enjoying the comfort and the style of my new Nissan Rogue Sport. Amazing customer service I have been car shopping for years and I’ve never experienced such an amazing sales person. Every question I asked he had the answer. Very Poor Salesmen In August 2017 I went to test drive an used Audi S4 and during the 10min test drive at 2pm the sales guy literally fell asleep on the passenger seat, In August 2017 I went to test drive an used Audi S4 and during the 10min test drive at 2pm the sales guy literally fell asleep on the passenger seat, no big deal...it happens. I gave their team my entire lunch time to gather my information, appraise my car, ask me any question they needed, etc. I came to a conclusion that the S4 was too small in the back for my 3 kids . Three months later I go in to look at their Maxima and Bryant confronts me right away and he tells me that before he can bring the car for me to drive he needs to know if I'm serious about buying it the same day otherwise he wont bring it out for me. I guess they had beef with me for not buying the S4 the first day either. I walked out and will never try to do business with Suburban. More

Worst Servicing I recently visited Suburban Nissan Service center to do my 3rd servicing of Nissan Rogue (2016). Just to change OIL & replacing air filter, cabin filt I recently visited Suburban Nissan Service center to do my 3rd servicing of Nissan Rogue (2016). Just to change OIL & replacing air filter, cabin filter they charged me 172$. They not even told me the estimate of servicing. Service rep handed over key to me in less than 20 mins. service was very bad; no vacuum, washing was not proper. I could see dirt everywhere under viper, backside of my vehicle. I never go back to this service center. These guys are cheaters More
Gone Rogue! I had gone to several dealerships and none offered what Suburban Nissan did to get my sale. They worked out the payments to where I was comfortable.
