Zack Abu-Joudeh - Sales Rep - We went to see cars in the area and we ended up buying one. We were received by Zack Abu-Joudeh which helped us and stayed with us all the time, und We went to see cars in the area and we ended up buying one. We were received by Zack Abu-Joudeh which helped us and stayed with us all the time, understood right away our needs and with the whole patience of this world but without any presure walked us until the end, and we ended up buying one. When we took the car home we had some issues for basic maintenance (some fluid were filled up, the hood couldn't close, etc) and I had to take the car back on Monday, Zack was ther again waiting and willing to help solving the issue until the problems were solved. I highly recomend this place to any customer looking for to buy a vehicle, A+ for Zack and for the dealer, ah I can't forget Brian from Finance which was very helpful too and treated us super professional even after the dealer was closed. A+ for Brian too. This dealer should be proud for having them. At the end one the the remote controls were out of battery and while Zack was helping another sales rep came to help I dont know his name and I wish I can add his name here too, helped with the battery. It took me a while to know what kind of car I wanted but Zack Abujoudeh was knowledgable and went over my goals with me in order to put me in the perfect car for me. He did great! The payment is less than what I wanted to spend, I didnt have to put NEARLY as much as I thought down either!! Zack Abujoudeh made it happen. He was patient and kind the entire process. I'll never use anyone but him. I went to multiple other dealerships who all treated me as nothing but a number and didnt put any care into the deal which discouraged me from buying a car at all until I met zack. If you're looking for a car dont qaste your time shopping other places like I did because Zack will hook you up with the best deal right away. I had been shopping for some time and figured I’d end up spending the whole afternoon playing the “waiting game” as I go I came in to check out an A7.
