Good purchasing experience. I met with Blake who showed me a used Lexus RX 350 I had found on the Suburban website. He showed me the car, we went for a test drive and he helped us complete paperwork that gave me first choice to purchase the vehicle ahead of several other customers who were also very interested in buying the car. The sale was closed quickly and without any problems and the experience was positive. Blake shared that he is new to the business. He was courteous, honest, and his effort to make sure I was taken care of is appreciated. The car was cleaned and detailed that evening and we appreciated that Blake stayed late to send us off with his thanks. I am confident that I made a good purchase. More

I am sick to death to be writing this about a business I'll be careful in choosing my words. I'm not happy to be doing this. Exactly three months ago I bought a used car from this dealership. Almost imme I'll be careful in choosing my words. I'm not happy to be doing this. Exactly three months ago I bought a used car from this dealership. Almost immediately this car showed signs of being a lemon. Make that a rotten lemon. It began to skip when in gear, the wipers were broken, there was no dip stick to check the transmission fluid. IN FACT, there was no fluid at all in the transmission, possibly why the dipstick was missing but I'm not sure. When taken to get an oil change, the technician put in writing that he would NOT be able to change the oil as this car was a liability. Take it home and park it. Do NOT drive this car.....something about moisture under the engine. The electrical began to play mysterious games also. The doors locked for no particular reason. Several times the battery died and had to be recharged. The heat only worked above but not below. The gas peddle was very hard to push downward and the glove box fell on the floor when I tried opening it. Lastly, the mileage had been changed back 17000 miles. That difference may have affected the cost I wound up paying for the car. So I'm writing this with a heavy heart because I was told by the manager that he would only give me from $3500-4000 for a trade in when my loan was $5700. I have lost over $2000 in the 3 months since I bought this car. The manager may post something publicly on this site saying he offered me FULL price for a return of the car but this is not the case. He texted me, as I said, $3500-4000. He wants YOU to believe he tried to do the right thing by me. HE DID NOT. So please be very careful when dealing with this business. Thank you. More
