I scheduled an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation last week for 4:30 p.m. I arrived on time. There were two gentlemen in front of me. One was a walk-in whom the rep (Kyle Turmon) decided to service the walk-in before me. When I explained that I had an appointment he said "I don't care. I'm not taking you first because you have an appointment." I asked "then why did I need an appointment?" He said if you don't like it take your care somewhere else. I have never been treated so rudely. If this is the kind of treatment that is delivered to all of your customers, I can't see you continuing to get good ratings. Dr. Karen Lee-Lemieux More

I met this nice man brian Evans at the gas station. He saw me in a panic cause I had a flat tire and had my 3 small children with. He offered to help. I mean wow, who does that? He got me and my boys refreshments and snacks while we waited. Gave me his card if I needed anything else with my vehicle to call him. Didnt ask me for anything, no money, no sale, nothing. This is customer service. Let's just say, my next vehicle is a nissan. More
