Mr.Beydoun, We're sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations during your recent visit to our store. While we always try to do all that we can to accommodate our guests, it sounds like you were not pleased with the results of our efforts. We'd like to address a few misunderstandings that seem apparent from your review that we hope will clear things up and improve your view of our dealership. Our showroom has an open floor plan rather than private offices for our sales consultants, which is why you were escorted to a table as opposed to a desk, and our sales manager wished to discuss your needs with you so that he could find out how to best assist you, not to interrogate you. Also, we are limited in the amount of money that we can allocate towards lease buyouts, and the number of payments due on your vehicle actually exceeded that amount. We apologize if Mike seemed less than courteous during your interaction with him, as we assure you that was not his intention. He suggested that you sell your vehicle elsewhere after you initially declined our offer to purchase your car despite the high balance remaining on it, as he felt that there was no more that he could do. However we're happy that you reconsidered and that we were ultimately able to work out an arrangement to buy your car in spite of the amount owed, in order to best serve you.
