Dissapointed I recently leased a 2015 Honda Accord from Suburban Honda. Joey Demilio made the whole process seamless. He provided excellent customer service and efficiency. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions to ask and Joey was very patient and easy to talk to. However, that all changed when I went back 18 days later to voice some concerns and ask some questions as to what my options were because I was not completely satisfied with the car. Once I had driven it for a couple of weeks I realized that the vehicle was not user friendly for several reasons, the main one being the situation with my disabled daughter. I thought it was important to make your customers satisfied and happy, but, I now feel that it is all about selling/leasing a vehicle to meet their quota. .........
