John Butler is a great guy who listens to what you say, takes it in and then finds the best choice for you. He also really works with you so when you walk out, you feel good! What I really like best about this dealership is once your out the door, they do not forget you. I have gone back a couple of times and each time John treats me the same. Not like some dealerships, when you walk out you really never see that sales guy again. I would highly recommend John and also Suburban Honda. A very unique group of people that really put the effort in to please the customer! We liked them so much (and of course the car we bought) we went back and bought another car within a couple of weeks! Thank you John Butler and Suburban Honda!! More

Poor Service Experience I brought my Honda Civic si to the dealership to repair a slipping clutch. It cost me $125.17 for Shawn Nagappa to give me an estimate of $2,500.00. Just a small minor comment Total quality was great. The only thing I'm not 100% satisfied is my steering wheel & seat positions were adjusted and had not been put back this time Total quality was great.
